Adults Can Participate in Running Programs

What You Should Look for in a Strength Coach

This is our approach to strength and conditioning.

Our strength training strategy is to establish a solid foundation so that you can be injury free and ready to play, train, and compete when the opportunity arises. Our focus is on developing mobility and stability as well as agility, balance and coordination, while also increasing strength, speed, and power.

Our teen strength program focuses on the development of a strong and robust body through the utilization of age-appropriate activity recommendations. This program places a strong emphasis on the skills of balance, coordination, and safe landing techniques.

We want to educate our clients on the importance of frequent and consistent strength training, as well as on what a good strength training session looks like and how to do one.

We have the knowledge and skills to prescribe for each individual based on their goals and requirements.
